Remote Support

AeroAdmin will download a file to your computer to allow temporary access to your system for remote support. It is only valid for our session and will not allow connection when we close our session, so it is very safe and secure.

Some systems, such as Apple may not work with AeroAdmin so in those cases, I will send a link to you to join a “Remote Meeting” and we can share screens for remote support and/or training.
